Pumpkin Leftovers?

I had some pumpkin puree leftover from making tarts and wanted an easy recipe that only needed about a cup of pumpkin. 

I made these and they were yummy and I can almost guarantee that you have everything you need at home so there's no need to make an extra trip to the grocery store.

The only suggestion is to add a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg. Just a bit.  I like to really taste the spices in my pumpkin desserts.
