Happy Halloween!

Oh, I know.
You want to see my cute kiddos, not a layout featuring me and my best scrapping buddy, but too bad!!
Haha!

I plan on enjoying the day with my littles, so I'll post pictures of them soon, but for now, you get me. Our costumes were not scary, but we were 'monsters' for a Monster Mash crop at Treasured Memories a few weeks ago.

We had fun....

And if you're interested, this paper line is from Graphic 45, with a few little embellishments from Jillibean Soup.

Hope you all have a happy Halloween!

Pocket Pages

A few pocket pages of the girls.

Gracie at a sleepover at her friends cabin. Note the code in the bottom right corner. If you scan it with your phone, it will take you to my blog, where you can see a video of the trip. How cool is that??

This one is of Emma. She's playing dress-up and baking, two of her favourite hobbies.

Another Lost Tooth

That gap is getting bigger and bigger!

Sadly, she was sick when she lost it with a cold, so she looks a little flushed and glassy-eyed, but you can see the gap!

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!

Urban Cowgirls Layout

These girls! Horse crazy and completely citified.... Haha!

They get a little taste of farm life at my parent's place, and now with riding lessons, but we're not quite up to the point of buying a stable, like Gracie would like.

Until then, stick horses and cheap, straw hats (and sometimes, even pants...)

I used some old Sassafrass Lass patterned paper, Kaisercraft and Chickaniddy patterned paper, plus Studio Calico and Heidi Swapp wood die cuts, and Basic Gray and Studio Calico alphas.

Kayla's 3rd Birthday

The kids had so much fun partying with their cousin, Kayla.

GG even got in net to stop a few shots from Kale.

Paige gave Kayla a little help and Kayla blew raspberries at her cake.

The kids even had fun playing outside while we got cleaned up.

Nothing beats a birthday party!

Brad's phone

Brad just finally dumped all of his pictures on the computer, so I'm going to share a few of them.

Brad and his boss on a climbing course. His boss looks like maybe he's not so impressed.... Maybe he's not a selfie person.

Our family at the Leg grounds in the summer.

The Benedict cousins playing at the ball tournament.

Our end of school backyard picnic selfie.

Brad and his dad enjoying a Starbucks.

Brad and the other racers on their invisible podium after a race.

Haha! He dumped so many pictures on the computer, I was lost for a minute.
Who's pictures are these?

Just more for me to scrapbook...

Fall Layout

I love this picture of me and my girls all dressed up and this watercolour paper from Webster's Pages is so gorgeous, I had to pair them up.

Definitely love you forever, little ones!

Fall Leaves and Sunshine

The best combination.

Throw in two giggly girls in Elsa dresses and you have too much fun!

We always go on a number of fall collecting walks and add our findings to our table's centrepiece.  It's full of treasures already!

It's just too nice to stay inside and I can feel winter coming. I keep trying to get us outside as much as possible so we can last through winter!

Who doesn't like twirling in the leaves?

Yes, they are wearing crocs and sandals and summer dresses in October!
We'll enjoy it while we can. Love it!

Layout Love

Carta Bella made these beautiful papers! I love them. I think there's a bit of Crate Paper and Studio Calico, Heidi Swapp tape and a Project Life card in there, too.

Love these girls and their goofy cuteness!

What We've Been Up to

Enjoying the sunrises (in a mixed emotions way...why am I up before the sun?? But, my goodness, it's pretty.)

Fashionista Emma likes backpacks and her soccer leg warmers for fall.

 Plus, a cute new do!!

Gracie and I went to her school's glow dance with some friends. Wow!!

It was mayhem! Like a junior high dance with more games of chase and perhaps more inappropriateness, but they don't know they're inappropriate yet.

And it was so loud!!
So loud.

But, it was fun.

Christmas Layouts!

I made a few new layouts for Treasured Memories for a few of their Christmas lines.

Echo Park:

Can you see the sparkle on this paper? It's great!

Simple Stories:

Love that they use lots of woodgrains and browns in with the traditional red and green!

Lunch Date

My cute lunch date.

I must say, I love the twos. Love them!
Emma is starting to really talk and her personality is shining through.

And she is full of personality!

Loving these little moments together.

Happy Anniversary!

10 years.

Wow. It's flown by.
Kids. Moves. Trips. Jobs. Pets. Families.
Lots of laughs, tears, and love.

Here's to 90 more!

1st Lost Tooth

Oh dear! Look at how big my littles are getting!

Gracie lost her first tooth last week. It fell out on the way home from the bus stop when she was eating her apple slices. Just dropped out in her hand.

This may or may not have been sped along by her bike crash this summer....

Either way, she was ecstatic!

We built this fabulous fairy house for the tooth fairy to use, anytime Gracie lost a tooth.
Perfect!

It may get some use soon, because she's got 2 more loose tooth just waiting to get knocked out by an apple slice!
Come on in tooth fairy.

Canada Day pocket pages

Just reliving the fun we had in July. I love Canada Day. Why not celebrate our wonderful country?

We celebrated in Sherwood PArk again this summer. Such a great festival!

We spent the day with friends and family.

And horses!

Now it's October and it's time for fall celebrations. Fall is my favourite time of year. I just want to bake and eat and sip pumpkin spice lattes while wearing cozy sweaters and tall boots and scarves.
